As well as being blemish-prone and oily, my skin is also pretty sensitive. It goes red very easily (I look like a beetroot after a good gym session) and can get itchy and irritated if I’m not careful with my skincare choices.
That’s one reason why Pai really appeals to me as a brand. Their products, as well as being all-natural, are all formulated with sensitive skin in mind.
I was looking for an exfoliating mask that wouldn’t aggravate my skin (harsh scrubs do not mix well with sensitive skin!) and came across their Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask.
It’s specifically designed for blemish-prone but sensitive skin, with gentle exfoliating acids to brighten and deep clean the skin, plus natural anti-bacterial properties to help clear and heal blemishes.
The mask comes in a generous 75ml tube and includes an organic muslin cloth.
The instructions say to apply a generous layer to clean skin, leave for 8-10 minutes and then remove with the damp muslin cloth and warm water.
I’ve been using this for about a month now and it has become a weekly staple in my routine. It makes my skin feel really clean and fresh, but without the tingling or redness I’ve experienced with other exfoliating masks.
